h1000 INTERFACE BOXES

Interface boxes connect sensors and displays via high speed FastNet2 cables.

They receive, compute and translate sensor data for output to displays.

Information is processed in the Interface Box and then transmitted along the high speed Fastnet2 bus, designed for high performance applications.

h1000 is quick and easy to install. Simply connect the interface boxes to the sensors and displays using plug and play technology, avoiding the 'spaghetti tangle' of multiple wires and keeping installation costs to a minimum.

Speed / Depth Interface Box

tech specs
  • Connect your speed and depth sensors to the Speed / Depth Interface Box to view speed and depth data on your displays.
  • The red LED signal on each Interface Box shows the box is transmitting signals for easy troubleshooting.

Wind Interface Box

tech specs
  • Conveniently wire the mast head unit directly into the Wind Interface Box near the mast foot.
  • Simply disconnect for mast stepping.

Universal Interface Box

tech specs
  • The h1000 Universal Interface Box enables you to interface your B&G equipment with other manufacturer's products such as GPS, radar etc via NMEA.
  • Install up to three (3) Universal Interface boxes to seamlessly integrate other NMEA sources into the H1000 system.
  • Plug into GPS, SatCom, Radar, GMDSS etc using the Universal Interface Box input and output ports.
  • Selecteable NMEA - H1000 allows each NMEA source to be named for easy identification and provides the ability to turn each NMEA sentence on or off as required.

FastNet2 Bus Cable

  • The FastNet2 cable runs data and power throughout the boat and is plugged into the interface box.
  • It is bright yellow for easy identification.
  • Molded cable ends are twist and lock bayonet connectors that insure water tight integrity and approach true “plug and play” installation.
  • The cable ends are small enough to fit through most conduits and wiring limber holes.

Benefits of the Speed / Depth Interface Boxes

  • View speed and depth data on your displays
  • Easy to install - plug and play technology

Benefits of the Wind Interface Box

  • View apparent and true wind speed and direction on your displays
  • Easy mast stepping disconnection

Benefits of the Universal Interface Box

  • Interface your h1000 system with other manufacturer's equipment
  • Selecteable NMEA allows you to choose what data to receive / transmit

Benefits of FastNet2 Bus Cable

  • High speed data transfer
  • "Plug and Play" technology keeps installation costs to a minimum
